Daniel Lago Nuñez was born in a village near Pontevedra in Spain (Vigo region) in 1890. He emigrated to Buenos Aires in 1911 to meet his uncle, Francisco Nuñez, founder of Casa Nuñez. His work has remained faithful to the original Barcelona tradition (Garcia, Simplicio...).
His guitars’ tone is actually rather similar to that of the instruments built by these historical luthiers. Such is the case with this particular instrument : its sound is full of charm with a very beautiful timbre.
