Vincent Englebrecht began his apprenticeship as a luthier in 1997 in Christopher Schuetz's workshop, and alternately at ITTEM (Institut Technologique de Métiers de la Musique). He builds all types of string instruments: mandolins, acoustic basses, folk guitars, electric guitars and classical guitars. In 2017, he decided to specialize exclusively in classical guitars. In 2006, he installed his workshop near Manosque in Saint-Michel-l'Observatoire.
This is a guitar with a cedar top built in 2019. The well-executed lutherie work shows the expertise and experience acquired by this luthier. Soundwise, it's a powerful, responsive and well-balanced instrument. Notes are flexible, colorful and expressive. Its powerful, reactive response and the thinness of its neck make it easy and pleasant to play.
