Juan Hernández was born in Turís in the province of Valencia in 1948. He started at the age of 15 as an apprentice in the Esteve guitar workshop, where he was trained and acquired a solid know-how over many years. Today, he works with his son Alberto Hernández and other craftsmen. Thanks to the quality of his work his company has acquired a very good reputation internationally.
This is the "Concierto" model, built entirely of solid wood. The finishes are well done. Soundwise, it is a powerful guitar, the notes are dense, clear, vibrant and rich in harmonics. The low string setting and good responsiveness make this guitar easy and pleasant to play.
