This José Ramirez II guitar was built in 1943. It is in the tradition of the Madrid school of the early 20th century. During this period several important luthiers worked there, such as Marcelo Barbero or Manuel Rodriguez. With its cypress back and sides, it is a light instrument, the notes are clear, singing and rich in harmonics with a warm, woody and expressive timbre.
