Martinez and Presa made guitars during the 1970s in their workshop in the western part of Buenos Aires until the untimely death of Miguel Martinez in 1977. He was Estrada Gómez's son-in-law. Production continued for some years until the early 1980s under the direction of his widow Sara Teramo. The model with oval rosette is inspired by the one of the great Spanish manufacturer Enrique Coll.
The sound is singing, vibrant and expressive, the tone is woody, low and deep. A beautiful guitar with a musicality full of emotion and endearing.
