Stefan Nitschke is a German luthier born in 1982. Attracted to the guitar at an early age, he studied at the Osnabrück Conservatory in Lower Saxony. As well as giving him lessons, his teacher Ulrich Müller encouraged him to build his own guitar. The result was to inspire him to pursue this work further. His meeting with Gerhard Oldiges, whom he often visited, enabled him to benefit from the advice of this experienced luthier. His work is in the pure tradition of the great Spanish masters from Torres to Romanillos. Thanks to his talent, Stefan Nitschke's name quickly gained international renown.
This instrument, built in 2022, named "la Adella", it corresponds to the Romanillos model. The luthier's work is precise and of great finesse. The aesthetics are superb, with a beautiful rosette representing the arches of the Cordoba Mosque. In terms of sound, this is an instrument of great musical expressiveness. Notes are clear, vibrant, colorful and rich in harmonics. The warm, woody timbre reflects the qualities of the Spanish tradition. A beautiful instrument to discover for those who don't know the talent of this luthier.
