Tino Battiston is based in Bouzonville, near Metz. After training as a cabinetmaker, he apprenticed with Kazuo Sato. This model is made of Madagascar rosewood. Tino's guitars are immediately recognizable by their very particular aesthetic. The craftmanship, perfectly done, demonstrates all the know-how acquired by this young luthier. The doubled sides and arched back give this guitar a solid structure, in opposition to the light and vibrating top which gives it an aerial musicality. It is a powerful, generous and homogeneous instrument with a good reactivity. The notes are dense, singing, flexible and colorful. Its flexibility and reactivity make it easy and pleasant to play.
